This Japanese pavilion will stand as a venue for the continuing celebration of the wonderful ties that connect the people of Durham to our friends in Japan and indeed to our friends in each of our Sister Cities.
The Pavilion will serve as a centerpoint for cultural celebrations, performances, and educational programs for our entire community.
